The Doctor's assistant Lourdes and Dr. Joanna Dong made this a very nice experience for my 93 year old Mother who had a bleeding sore inside the fold of hear ear lobe. Her dermatologist and I feared it could be sarcoma, but after visiting the doctor and the caring hands of her assistant Lourdes, it turned out to be negative. Both were very kind and patient and made this visit very comforting. By God's grace the biopsy of the sore turned out negative, but rest assured we felt we were in good hands in the office as they both took care of my Mother. I will recommend this practice to anyone seeking skin cancer help. And as a bonus, they both spoke really good Spanish with my Mother.

Dr Hindi is a brilliant, talented, kind Mohs specialist. One of his assistants Yana RN is a great asset to the practice. Her chair side manner and training work exceptionally well with Dr. Hindi.

I am grateful that my dermatologist recommended Dr. Hendi’s expertise. The day of my surgical procedure, Dr. Hendi, detailed the process and asked for my questions and/or concerns. His attentiveness through this step calmed my nerves and helped me feel at ease for what would be next. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by a team of incredibly friendly and genuinely cheerful staff who were more than eager to assist. The check-in process was swift, which was much appreciated.
Once in the surgery room, the medical staff continued to impress me with their helpfulness, professionalism, and unwavering friendliness. Their competence and comforting demeanor put me at ease during a potentially nerve-wracking time.

I was provided with adequate information ahead of time so that I could plan to bring snacks and work to do. The waiting room was comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly, and competent, and I enjoyed working with Dr. Hendi.
